To all Health facilities / all health care practitioners in Dubai's private health sector

Referring to the above subject, DHA notifies all health facilities regarding the circular issued by the MOHAP for perusal and adhere to what is stated

 

  • Medical Device Recall Datascope/Getinge/Maquet Cardiosave Hybrid and Cardiosave Rescue Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
  • Removal of Strongest Warning Against Using Cholesterol-lowering Statins During Pregnancy
  • Recall of Pharmaceutical Product Amerix Vitamin D3 50,000 IU
  • Safety update of pharmaceutical product containing Ondansetron (Zofran, Zofralen, Zofran Melt, Zophralen, Zophran Onda-Denk ODT, Ondansetrom Azevedos, Onset, Tesnad, Vomran, Zanafra, Vominil, Clarmon, Danstro, Dansetron, Emeron, Imatox, Nomit, Nordaset, Onda )
  • Voluntary manufacturer Recall of number lots of Medical Device Prevail™ Paclitaxel-coated PTCA Balloon Catheter of both the 2.5mm and 3.5mm diameter
  • Medical device field safety notice Xstrahl X150 / Gulmay Medical 150
